TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE
This very cute G-rated movie is delightful to view for the whole family. Based on the Peter Pan character, Tinker Bell and The Lost Treasure (2009) tells the story of "Tink" and her relationship with others in the fairy kingdom. It gives children a lesson on what true treasure really is - loved ones.
In this story, Tinker Bell goes is given an important fairy assignment. She focuses so intently on the assignment that she shortchanges her friendship with Terrance, her best friend. In the process, she also shatters a crystal sphere that is part of the assignment project. Her wish now is not for hawaii vacations, but for a way to repair the crystal sphere. So, off she goes to the Far North to find the object that will grant her wish - a magic mirror.
Along the way, she encounters a number of trials and takes some risks.
Nothing in this movie is remotely dangerous and the G rating is well-earned. In my opinion, this would be a great addition to a family's DVD collection.
