G.I. JOE: RISE OF THE COBRA
If you are looking for a high quality film with outstanding acting, look someplace else. However, if you just want to see a lot of action, guys who have been taking lots of nutritional supplements, and unbelievable explosions and car stunts, this is the one to watch. G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra (2009; PG-13) is a hit for you!
It begins with a military assignment for special forces which is intercepted by the ultimate bad guys...and a bad girl. The girl is the former fiancée of one of the Joes, but their relationship went cold a number of years ago. However, it does eventually warm up later in the film.
All in all, it's pretty predictable. Good guys win; bad guys lose. After all, how can G.I. Joes ever lose?
