JURASSIC PARK
We have the three Jurassic Park movies. Guess what? You can watch them in sequence - or not. It really doesn't matter because they are not a series. This means each movie has its own theme, its own plot, and stands alone. So if you only have one of them, you still have a whole movie and not just a third of the story.
Jurassic Park (1993), Jurassic Park: Lost World (1997), and Jurassic Park III (2001) are all based around a dinosaur cloning project gone awry. The doctor who "created" the dinosaurs didn't count on them ever being able to breed, but breed they did and proved Jeff Goldblum's statement of "Life will find a way".
Each movie is an adventure in its own right although some of the characters do overlap in them. They are all clean fun watching for families, though. However, smaller children may be frightened by the fearsome T-Rex and other predatory dinosaurs depicted.
The movie maker, Steven Spielberg, doesn't let us down with the cinema-graphics in these movies. The reactions of the actors is right on target for the giant beasts they encounter, even when you know that you know that the beasts are no where present except in the movie maker's imagination.
While these are completely fairy tales of "what if", they are fun to watch and I'm glad I own them.
