THE FAMILY MAN

The Family Man is a PG-13 movie with all the sensitivity you'd want in family viewing. Here's a man who gave up a woman who loved him wholeheartedly to pursue a career and riches. By some sort of magic, much like in the movie It's a Wonderful Life, he is transported to a time he never lived - a life with this woman and their two charming children. In this case, the man gets to see what he missed if he'd chosen to stay and marry instead of leaving for his career.

This movie is funny, but also touching and poignant in so many scenes. I really enjoyed it. Especially knowing that lives can be changed by what we choose, this movie really brings that home.

It stars Nicolas Cage and Tea Leoni.
