HGTV

I have to admit, I really miss watching HGTV after being in town in a house with cable for a month. So, I'm just watching videos on the website and reading the articles online now. Things I'm learning will help me make the most use from the spaces in the house I'm living in now. It's not a huge house but it is well-laid-out so there are options about furniture placement and decor.

For me, HGTV is like a clinical laboratory service for DIY home improvements and decorating. There are lots of projects that range from shoestring budgets to spend-all-you-want budgets. There are directions about how to create your own personalized look in your home, instead of making your house look like a picture out of a catalog. This is the kind of thing I love to do - personalize my space - but I don't always know what "I" am all about!
