Intermission - Home Theater
I watch a lot of movies, obviously. Occasionally, I go to town and see them at the movie theater. Most of the time, though, I watch them right here at home. Between Brandon and myself, we have an extensive library of movie DVDs. However, I'm currently just watching them on a very old 25 inch console television. I've been pricing home theater televisions, though, and am definitely going to get one pretty soon.

After watching them at various places, it's clear to me that the picture quality is outstanding. Combined with the surround sound I already have here, a new Sony Flatpanel TV would make a huge difference in my movie watching experience. It would be more like the experience you get when you go to the movies.
I have watched a few movies right here on my laptop, and the visual effect is so much better than the old TV I usually watch. However, it's just a laptop so the screen isn't very big. The more I shop around for flat panel, digital, and HD televisions, the more I'm sold on the idea.
A leader in Houston furniture shopping, Gallery Furniture has a wide selection of not only televisions but home entertainment centers and theater seating. It's too bad I don't live closer to Houston and Gallery Furiniture. They offer same day delivery within 100 miles, and next day delivery within 500 miles.
