Intermission - VoIP
VoIP stands for "Voice over IP". It's a phone system that allows small businesses to communicate with others in their network, regardless of their location, by simply dialing a 4 digit number. These kinds of hosted PBX small business VoIP phone systems are becoming more and more common so that businesses can stay in close communication with their employees and staff.
This sort of phone system allows businesses free unlimited calling to those in their network. An office in one state can contact an office in another state and not rack up long distance phone charges. Traditional long distance charges outside the network are also drastically reduced. It's all in the system. This can turn team members into a more unified task force and greatly improve efficiency overall.
