Intermission - Luxury homes
The homes shown in the movie, Catch Me If You Can, were spacious and luxurious for the most part, although the main character did live in a couple of rat-holes at times before he really caught his stride at being a con-man. One such residence was the luxury home of the attorney that was the father of a girl he actually fell in love with.
As Frank gathered more and more cash from fraudulent checks and other cons, he lived in some pretty nice places himself. The big problem, of course, was that he couldn't stay in one place for very long or the FBI would catch up with him. It's too bad he didn't use that brilliant mind to engage in gainful employment that wouldn't get him into trouble.
