Intermission - Performance pay

Where I work, we managers get performance reviews and we get bonuses for meeting certain criteria at our job. Although there are times when I think the demands are beyond human capability to fulfill, generally we all get bonuses every three months because we meet those demands often enough.

When I watch movies with a lot of action and stunts, I wonder if the actors and stuntmen are given extra pay for performance of dangerous stunts during filming. It's for certain, they do things I wouldn't consider for any amount of money!
