PREDATOR 2

Second in the movie series, but it doesn't have "The Arnold" in it. Instead, the hero is Danny Glover who plays an inner city cop searching for whomever or whatever it is that's killing off people, especially gang members.

No, Predator 2, released in 1990, doesn't turn the predator into a vigilante hero. He just kills people who are fighting and have guns. This includes police officers. Still full of expletives and bloody violence, this movie is made similarly to the first one and you will recognize the story. You'll like Danny Glover in it, too. It's R rated for obvious reasons. His character is much the same here as it was in the Lethal Weapon series of movies. He's a good guy and a reluctant hero who is faced with choices.

Gary Busey is in this one, too, playing a government enforcer (which branch we are never really sure of) who is seeking to capture the Predator to learn about his technology and how it can be used for crime fighting and warfare. Not a bad guy, but not really a good guy, either, since human life seems to be expendable to this cocky official.
