Yo yo
I suppose one of the most interesting things about following any star is watching their weight go up and down. Sometimes, an actor will gain weight for a specific role, like George Clooney did for Syriana or Bruce Willis for 16 Blocks. I would think, though, that gaining would be easy while losing weight again after the role is over would be really hard. After all, the person has been eating a lot to put on those pounds and the body tends to want to hang onto fat cells once they're acquired.
I'm sure, though, that they all have personal trainers, nutritionists, dietitians, and others to help them get back down to their previous svelte selves. Maybe they even use a safe weight loss supplement to kick off their regimen. It seems to me that all that yo-yoing would be bad for anyone's health. Let's just hope that our favorite actors are being wise in their choices.
