THE INCREDIBLE HULK

Remember Bruce Banner? Remember Betty Ross? If so, then you remember The Incredible Hulk TV series as well as I do. And if you do, then you will really like The Incredible Hulk movie, starring Edward Norton.

A laboratory accident causes Banner to turn into a huge, green monster-man when he become angry or otherwise extremely excited. This 2008 movie stays pretty well true to the TV story, in that Banner's true love, the beautiful Dr. Betty Ross, is the only person able to calm him. Her father, an Army general whose mission is to capture or destroy the Hulk, nearly gets her killed as she runs across the Culver University campus in her Manolo Blahnik heels, trying to save her love from a soldier-turned-monster who is fighting the Hulk.

Unlike the previous version of the Marvel comic story, this version really has a heart and a soul to it. The characters had depth and personality. And who doesn't love a Beauty and the Beast kind of movie, anyway?
