THELMA & LOUISE

The ultimate women's adventure movie where the adventure takes a bad turn, Thelma and Louise (1991, stars Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis. It's the story of two friends, one single and the other married to a jerk, who set out to go on a road trip and wind up being criminals along the way. Through a series of events, mostly cause by Thelma (Davis), the two wind up on the run from the law and broke, too. They meet up with some unsavory characters along the way, which only serves to add to their problems.

One of the characters is JD, played by Brad Pitt when he was still using acne treatments. Harvey Keitel plays the FBI agent who is trying to capture them, but somehow understands that everything that has occurred is simply a series of mishaps and the result of the women being misled. They are afraid, though, and don't believe Agent Hal will really help them.
