THE INVISIBLE
The Invisible (2007) takes you on a dream-walk, of sorts, when a high school boy is nearly killed and left for dead by a gang of teens from his school. He thinks at first he is still alive, but then discovers no one can see him so he sets out to be discovered in the place where he was left laying.
He had planned to leave his mother's home and go to London, and in fact had his luggage sets all packed to go. But after a party, and giving away his plane ticket, he is attacked by those who think he turned one of them in to the police over a robbery. One of the gang members is a girl, who is the instigator of all the violence. He is able to finally communicate with her, she begins to feel guilty over the whole event, and he enlists her help to find his dying body.
It's an interesting movie, but to me was a little slow and dealt with too many issues while leaving out some altogether, such as the boy's relationship with his girlfriend, which was completely dropped by the end of the film.
It's rated PG-13 for teen violence, crime, language, and sensuality, though there is little sensuality at all in the movie.

I just rented this from Netflix. I liked it... it was odd, and all through the movie I was trying to get the whole thing so didn't really notice the inconsistencies. I don't know if I would highly recommend it, but it was interesting.
Yeah, it seemed to have too many undeveloped sub-plots.
