BREACH
Breach, based on a true story, tells of Eric O'Neill working to uncover a traitor in the FBI. The traitor's name is Robert Hanssen and he has been selling government secrets to the Russians. At times, he has even been the reason why agents were killed by the enemy.
Beginning in 1985, Hanssen started selling the secrets but getting enough proof after he was suspected of the crime was difficult. He was very smart about his dealings and was able to maintain a front as a devout Catholic and highly ethical agent. While it lets you in on the personal lives of both O'Neill and Hanssen, this film focuses on the catching of a bad guy. It's not action packed in any way and seems mostly dull and overcast most of the time. However, the methodical manner in which Hanssen was finally nabbed is shown.
It's rated PG-13 due to some language, sexual content, and violence. But it's a good reminder that traitors do exist and they hurt us all.
