THE PERFECT STORM

I got this DVD in a twin pack that had The Perfect Storm

and Three Kings in it. This movie (2000 PG-13), starring George Clooney, is an excellent and exciting movie to watch. It's based on a true story.

The setting is the coast of Massachusetts where fishing boats abound and the fishing industry is heavy. In order to really make a living means spending long weeks aboard a fishing vessel and braving whatever the sea dishes out. In this case, it was a terrible hurricane the likes of which had not been seen before.

Meet the fishermen, and their families who earnestly hope and pray for their return each and every time they go to sea.
