VAN HELSING

If you like werewolf, vampire, and man-made-man monster movies, then Van Helsing will be right up your alley. It's the story of a monster hunter who is on the hunt for all those terrible monsters. He winds up in a village where they have all been on the rampage, so he has plenty of targets to shoot at.

His assistant, a bit of a weapons geek, outfits him with weapons James Bond would probably envy, had he lived in the 18th century.

This 2004 movie is loaded with action, special effects, monster violence, and a wee bit of sensuality, giving it its PG-13 rating. All told, though, this movie was just plain fun to watch.
