ERAGON

Sorry, but I didn't find this movie to be all that it was advertised to be. Eragon seemed to me to be a weak wannabe of Lord Of The Rings crossed with Dragonheart.

The graphics are stunning, but the story line is very predictable and in a sense, the ending left you hanging. This is the first of a trilogy. It doesn't matter, since you'll recognize the story and the characters from the other aforementioned movies anyway. I just don't think it takes off as well as LOTR as the characters don't have the depth they need, nor the originality.

It's rated PG for some frightening images and violence.
