A KNIGHT'S TALE

This is about as cute a fairy tale movie as you'll ever watch. A Knight's Tale (2001), starring Heath Ledger among others, is the rags-to-riches story of a young peasant man in the Middle Ages who is pursuing his dream of being a knight. It's quite humorous in a lot of places since the anachronisms of both background music and slang terminology are woven into the tale.

Nothing much in the whole movie is very serious other than the young knight's visit with his now-blind father. That portion was really quite touching.

Be sure to keep running your copy until after the final credits, unless a flatulence contest isn't to your liking. :)
