J.S. BACH - revisited
My other Bach CD is Bach for Relaxation. And it's just the right music for taking a breather from the difficulties of the day. On this CD, I listen to -
- Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring
- Allemande from Suite BWV1012
- Adagio ma non tanto from Brandenburg Concerto No. 6
- Prelude in C from The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book 1
- Andante from Trio Sonata No. 4, BWV1079
- "Violino solo e Basso l'accompagnato"
- Largo from Sonata BWV1005
- Andante from Brandenburg Concerto No. 4
- Andante from Violin Concerto BWV1041
- Andante from Flute Sonata BWV1034
- Aria from The Goldberg Variations
- Courante from Lute Suite No. 1 BWV996
- Andante from Sonata No. 1 for Violin and Harpsichord BWV1014
- Prelude in E-Flat Minor from The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book 1
- Adagio from Concerto for Flute, Violin & Harpsichord BWV1044
- Andante from Brandenburg Concerto No. 2
- Siciliano from Sonata BWV1001
- Prelude in D Minor BWV999
- Air on the G-String from Orchestral Suite No. 3 BWV1068
Yes, it's indeed a lot of music for one CD! But the calming effect this album has on me is indescribable.
